Parts Specialist: Do you have great verbal skills and a positive winning attitude? We may be looking for you! This opening requires excellent customer service and telephone skills. Experience in the motorsports industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual! Greeting customers and helping them select needed parts using the microfiche and parts catalogs, suggesting products, and recommending proper applications is required. Duties include displaying, stocking shelves, and helping maintain a clean and orderly showroom and parts dept. Ability to work as a team member in achieving department sales goals is a must. Attention to detail and good computer skills are also a plus. Clean, professional attitude is a necessity.
APPAREL SALES ASSOCIATE: Greet customers immediately and assist in their merchandise selection. Process transaction at the point of sale terminal while maintaining an organized and efficient department through merchandise presentation, stock fill-ins and paperwork processing. Meeting or exceeding sales and margin goals. Effective communication a must.
SERVICE ADVISOR: Responsibilities include being first contact for service customers via telephone and in person. Prepare written estimates for service work and parts; act as liaison between customer and manufacturer reps and technicians; strong interaction with in-house technicians. Track service/work orders; parts requests; perform timely follow-up with customer. Input/Track work orders through computer. Ensure timely completion of work order and invoice submission.
